I have a warn level of 80%, and quite honestly I don't exactly remember what all of it is for. If I could get any sort of reduction, that would be very much appreciated.

You can always reference your warn bar by clicking the percentage next to your warn bar. As you have recently accrued a 20% warn increase, you must wait a minimum of a month before requesting a reduction.
