Some might notice there are a few changes in the government, TheNinthDoctor, former Chancellor, resigned, as well as Stegura. Tolkien and Cripple bost lost their position as respective Minister of Defense and Secretary of Foreign Relations, though Cripple is now announced as the Grand-Ambassador. Infinity is also the new Major-General, Dominatus is the lost son of the OIN and makes his comeback. Maskofblue was the Minister of Recruitment and now is the Minister of Internal Affairs, and knoeier0 and myself are both back in the government after two months absence because of the summer holidays during July and August.
Most government members are already experienced government members and this term of government will make a lot of re-organizations to improve the general efficiency and to improve our recruitment. Our goal is to not only recruit active members, but also to improve the general organization structure to a satisfying level of comfort.
There is one other thing I should also announce in public, and that is a new treaty between the NRGW, a fairly new alliance, and the OIN. This PIAT has already been signed for a couple of days, though fornately it can now be combined with our election results. May this treaty bring greater friendship to both alliances.

Preamble
In the interests of friendship between their esteemed alliances, Organisation of Imperial Nations and the NRGW Alliance agree to the following terms:
Section I
Both alliances and their respected members shall remain sovereign of each other.
Section II
Neither alliance shall engage in or endorse military action against the other signatory. If a nation is found in violation of this they will be ordered to offer peace and reparations equivalent to 1.0 times the total damages inflicted. Defending nations are required to limit retaliation to the level of attacks received. Should an offending nation refuse to offer peace and agree on terms of reparations they will be declared a rogue and will no longer be offered the protection of either alliance.
Neither alliance will engage in or endorse espionage against the other.
Neither signatory will engage in the use of sanctions against member nations of the other signatory without permission from that signatory's government.
Section III
Both alliances and their respective members shall remain civil to each other at all times, especially in public forums.
Section IV
If either alliance receives information concerning a direct threat to the other, the receiving alliance will notify the other signatory and provide the relevant information. The source of said information may be left undisclosed.
Section V
Should either alliance find themselves in a defensive war, members are encouraged to provide aid where possible to members of the other signatory. This is not required, however such action is strongly encouraged. It should come as no surprise if either alliance decides to defend the other alliance when it comes to a defensive war.
Section VI
Either signatory may terminate this pact at any time; however, the withdrawing alliance must notify the other signatory through diplomatic channels 72 hours prior to this, except when the countersigned has violated Sections II or III.
