If you mail the money, instead of paypal, how do you know when the donation will be made? Can you write them the date the donation should be made?

If you mail cash, I suppose you could include a note to Kevin. Though only if it's reasonable, like if the new month is a couple days away or something.

IIRC, he checks his P.O box somewhat frequently so I assume he does see the mail/contents himself.
