This is not a signature or avatar report, nor a forum name alteration, ban request, or anything requiring in-game cross checking.
EDIT: I mean not to be rude to a moderator. I ask now what the correct way to file a report in this fashion would be, in order to do so correctly and in the future.

Thank you for the report. This issue has been handled.
At the time the report was filed your formatting was permissible under a strict reading of the guidelines. Please note that these have been clarified and all future reports should be filed per the guidelines in the pinned thread at the top of the forum:
Again, please file a separate report for each instance of forum abuse you would like to report and use the following format:
Make sure to link to the specific post in question, not just the topic or page the post is on.
If you do not know how to do this, on the top right of each post there is a post number ( Post #1 ), click on the number and it will give you a link to the post.
