Treaty Audit
It is with sadness that I come before you to cancel two treaties. Despite our best efforts, we were unable to rekindle our friendship with these alliances as both governments seem to be plagued with inactivity.

48 hours ago Article X of the KoC - R&R PIAT was activated and the treaty is now canceled.

Article X: Termination
48 hour warning must be given to the leadership of both alliances if this pact is ever to be terminated.

72 hours ago Article V of the TCB - R&R MDoAP was activated and the treaty is now canceled.

Quote

Article V: Termination
If either signatory violates any of the above articles or wishes to remove itself from the treaty, 72 hour notification shall be given in private before officially terminating the treaty.

As many of you know R&R was one of the alliances that fought NPO in the Karma War. NPO were extremely honorable opponents and we had great fun fighting you guys, we hold no ill will.

It is with this that R&R wishes to release the amount we will personally be taking in reparations. We will be taking 35,000 technology and 450 million out of the total 450,000 technology and 7 billion.

Too bad we lost the treaties but it had to be done.

And I totally agree on the NPO being honourable opponents! I really enjoyed the fighting as well as the communication with most of the nations I fought.

I would just like to tip my hat to Trilobyteman. He was a formidable opponent in battle. He has eaten nukes and given nukes. I enjoyed my week fighting him and I could not have found a better fighting partner.

BTW Bilzey, wasnt it 13 billion and 350k tech?

The NPO had the option to convert up to 3 billion into tech, which they did. The original reps were 10 billion and 350k tech.
