Just a quick announcement to let you all know of some recent changes to the government of SLCB.

• Jingoist (aka tiznoast) has stepped down as General after many months of service in order to pay more attention to his latest hobby, "being a Father". We expect him to get bored of it and come crawling back very soon.
  
• To replace Jingoist and to fill our equal-opportunities quota, I have been selected to become a General.
  
• imbored24470 has moved from her former Council post as Director of Diplomacy, and has become a Laureate.
  
• Koel has moved from Director of Defence to Director of Diplomacy, to fill the void.
  
• Last but not least we have a newcomer to the Council, replacing Koel as Director of Defence; Jackalope. A handsome man of average intelligence, we are certain he will serve SLCB in exemplary fashion.
