If you attack a CN Staff nation, you either fight out the war (and get a behind kicking) or the war gets deleted and the mods shake their head at you
Though I have heard of strange things happening to those who try to attack admin's nation...
Of course, this also depends on the reason for war you put in. Declaring on a mod for, say, "banning my friend" would not be a very good idea I'd imagine.

Oh no, I wouldn't intentionally break the rules like that. Vengeance is not the will of the emperor of Indoslavokia, specially of it's OOC.
