Q: Are these two alliances epic? "Ask again later" .... Q: ARE THESE TWO ALLIANCES EPIC? "Ask again later" ..... Dammit just get on with the treaty..... 8ball ODP Preamble: This treaty is formed by The Other Side (TOS) and The Immortals in order to establish a lasting friendship between both alliances. However treaties are no fun without a good helping of chance. So to make some of the important decisions the 8ball will have to be summoned! Sovereignty: Q: Should the governments get mixed up and make each other’s decisions? 8ball: “My sources say no”. Therefore, both alliances agree to respect each other’s independence in making judgments. Peace: Q: Should these alliances ever attack each other if they found themselves on the opposite side in a war? 8ball: “My reply is no”. Aid: Q: Would it be wise to offer aid in times of need, when requested? 8ball: “Outlook good”. Consequently, the alliances will provide when called upon to aid the other. Espionage: Q: Would spying be allowed on the other alliance with the signing of this treaty? 8ball: “Don’t count on it!” So, neither alliance will commit acts of spying upon their counterpart. Both TOS and The Immortals will voluntarily offer any information that may be of use to the other. Optional Defense: Q: In case either signatory takes a beat down, is the other obliged to come to their aid via military means? 8ball: "Depends". Therefore, both alliances agree that although certain situations may require help from the other signatory, it is not always in the best interests of that signatory, therefore the decision to come to the defense is optional. Protectorate Clause: Q: Will TTK honour their protectorate agreement if TOS decides to activate any part of this treaty in the future? 8ball: “Cannot predict now”. Therefore TTK may opt to waive their protection of TOS should they come to the military or monetary aid of their fellow signatory. This clause will expire when TOS’s protectorate agreement with TTK terminates. Cancellation: Q: If either signatory decide that they no longer wish to play a part in this treaty will the treaty still remain active 4 days after a decision has been made? 8ball: "Definitely".
