Peace
The undersigned agree to commit themselves to the furthering of peace between themselves. This includes working together to find diplomatic solutions to issues and prevention of rogue attacks. Aiding a nation at war with the other alliance or espionage are considered on a par with attacking the nation yourself. Should a member nation breach this section, each case shall be handed on a case by case basis.

Intelligence
In the interests of the undersigneds' safety, all information pertinent to the other is to be shared. In doing so, the sharing party promises said information is not falsified in any way to their knowledge. Should it be intentionally, it can be thought of as a breach of the treaty and if serious enough, possible grounds for war.

Aid
Providing a realistic and reasonable intent is present, both parties are encouraged to aid the other in any way possible. This includes financially, diplomatically and if necessary, military. Neither party is obligated to do anything without a formal request and any request may be denied, with a proper reason.

Cancellation
Should either party wish for this treaty to be canceled, 24 (twenty-four) hours private notice is required. An additional 48 (forty-eight) hours publicly is also required, however both parties are encouraged to allow the entire cancellation period to be private. All terms in this treaty are to be followed until this point; cancellation is not a "proper" reason to deny aid, should the request be realistic and reasonable

I clearly have mixed feelings of this treaty.
