What is the deal with pancakes?
And french toast?
And is it good that I love drowning either/both in flavored syrups and consuming them/whoofing them down to start each day?

I've never understood and will never understand your silly American pancake things but eating Finnish pancakes with some raspberry jam in my garden on a sunny day is pretty much one of the closest things of heaven I happen to know.

Gran got to it before me, but waffles > pancakes. Also, I officially love Belgian people for their delicious waffles.

I'll fill you in on pancakes...
They are awesome. Put a little bit of sugar in the batter, and they're even better. However, if you really want something amazing, sprinkle bacon bits (the real stuff) into waffle batter. Then pour it onto the waffle iron. Pure win.
