1. Restoration of pre-war borders.

2. Compensation equal to the damage caused both civil and military, as well as the value of life insurance policies, will be paid to the Dragon Empire for the unwarranted attack on our soil.

The Empire will not accept a continued and open state of war between it and a neighboring state as it implies a direct threat to our sovereignty and our citizens. These terms may be accepted within the next 24 hours to prevent a state of total war in which the Empire will be forced to invade Laos to remove Pax Pacis' government as a threat to Imperial Sovereignty. Refusing to accept these terms or a secondary attack will result in the full scale invasion, which has been prepared, commencing in advance of this time frame.

These Terms are not for Khmer as a state of war has not been declared or recognized between the Empire and that state, only the aggressor state of Pax Pacis.

Acceptance of these Terms will be seen as a conclusion of the war and all charges of aggression held against Pax Pacis will be forgiven.

The terms are extremely light."

Military command picked up the transmission via awacs. Though garbled, you could get a general idea of what was trying to be said. The message was conveyed to Anthony Davis in the legislative cession. He read it over, "Hrmm.. hopefully within 24 hours this apparent internal struggle will solve our problems. If not the invasion still commences.. and we'll try to find whoever sent this message and perhaps help them."
