VIEWING WITH APPRECIATION that Electron Sponge has conducted himself admirably over the course of the past two months,
TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION that Electron Sponge has recently been granted a warning level reduction which was in debate for nearly a month,
BEARING IN MIND THAT over the course of that month Electron Sponge posted regularly while at an eighty percent warning level without accruing another warn,
1. CALLS UPON Electron Sponge to continue conducting himself admirably and to refrain from controversy;
2. EXPRESSES ITS HOPE that no further incidents such as the one Kefka warned for will be repeated;
3. APPROVES a warning level reduction of twenty per cent.
