but i lack the knowledge to gain them in my arsenal
any advice/suggestions?

1) Advance your way to top 5% of nations or buy Manhattan Project wonder 2) Make sure you have a technology level of 75 or greater, and infrastructure level of 500 (or greater). 3)Have Uranium trade. 4) Buy teh nookz.

usualy in CN:TE im spending all my money and time in people raiding me
