) but, as my track record suggests, I am not the best at following directions

Where to start? The beginning I guess
. A long long time ago, before alliance affiliations, and when "multies" were allowed (but not aiding or trading with each other), I created a nation, Pornotopia (i apologize if that is inappropriate, I wasn't banned for it, I have grown now, I was ~15 then). I joined because my friends from other games (not other nation/planet/boat building games, like platform games), started playing. Anyways, they got into a war, and since multies were allowed, we went and made like 50 and won the war, by activity alone (this was during the summer).
After that, since summer ended, my activity declined, and my main nation at the time (pornotopia) was deleted for inactivity. The other "multies" weren't because my other "friends" (online friends, I don't contact now) kept them alive, they didn't have the pass to my main.
A while after that (can't remember the date), I made my "Lenin" account (my new 'main'; completely unaware that the old nations I used in the war were still there), and joined GDA. (this was after the 'rule' was changed, but I didn't read the ToS, my fault). Sometime later, my friends and I (Lenin account) were deleted for multies because we all used the same accounts during that war.
I had really got into drugs then (IRL), so I didn't care too much and never appealed. I had remade a nation, only to be banned for ban evasion later. To my knowledge, I have not posted an appeal until now.
Then I got arrested for the drug use, and was on house arrest, and I started playing CN again. I played by the rules, and everything was fine, I was leading a small alliance, but then I got deleted for inactivity (i had a court date the day my back-collect ended, and i planned on collecting after court but forgot). After that I rerolled and found my small alliance was in massive debt (my old nation owed 500 tech, plus a couple other newer nations messed up a couple tech deals, since i wasn't there to organize it). My reroll nation was deleted for "ban evasion" again.
At this point my alliance owed insane amounts of tech because of me, and I didn't want people i recruited to be attacked because of what I did, so I made a few multies, and paid off the tech (knowing it was not allowed, but cheating the system by not trading them together or having them aid each other). After that I got opportunistic, and decided to use the multies to pay off SOLID's reparations (they owed a LOT because of the BLEU war, more than they could afford), then after that I decided to sell tech to alliances, thinking I could use my multies profits to fund my alliance. I went to Gremlins to sell tech, and ran into mrcyber (a noble fellow), who decided to report me for multies rather than have his alliance gain from them (a move that I can now admire, but did not at the time
). These multies were deleted, and my alliance wasn't in threat or anything, so I decided to play the game correctly. I made a new nation (Rajistani), then was deleted for "Ban Evasion." Then I made a new nation (Strife) and was deleted for "Ban Evasion" again. And well, here we are.
I apologize for crossing the IC/OOC line in this topic, but I have found that the full truth helps and I feel as though the entire story was relevant.
