I have gotten a double warning last Friday, and would like to appeal to one of them


One of the mods believed that this post was a flame at Justinian, and given how it was written, I understand how it came to that.


However, I would like to that the comment was originally meant to be IC, but for some reason (probably from having a very bad night before the day I posted it), I sort of rushed things and linked the IC comment with the OOC comment at JEDCJT. This had been discussed separately with Justinian on IRC after he had made a post on the subject, and he understood that it was meant to be IC.


Therefore, I would like to appeal the particular warn related to the IC/OOC mix. I've learned my lesson to be sure of what post I am writing for, and will make sure to keep in line.

Mods can't be subjective about this kind of offense. It looks like an OOC flame so it was interpreted that way and you were warned accordingly. You also have a warn history that demonstrates you're open to breaking the rules so really logic points to the post being intended as flame.

For the best chance of being granted a Warn Level Reduction I welcome you wait for over two months from this appeal to file. Stay active and follow the rules and you'll be fine.
