When highlighted, the Radiation Cleanup Bonus Resource shows the following:
[Radiation Cleanup - Removes 1 day of nuclear anarchy. Reduces global radiation effect on an individual nation -50% in CNT. Improves a nations environment by 10% in CN standard. Requires Construction, Microchips, Steel, and a technology level greater than 15.]
This can be seen when hovering the mouse over the Radiation Cleanup icon in Bonus Resources, or copy+pasting into another window. This is not a problem in the Information page.

Since CNT doesn't exist any more (At least, to the best of my knowledge), and as far as I'm aware, it isn't about to be brought back in the near future, perhaps this should be changed?
I understand it's fairly minor, but I would suggest simply changing the in-game tag to:
[Radiation Cleanup - Removes 1 day of nuclear anarchy. Improves a nations environment by 10%. Requires Construction, Microchips, Steel, and a technology level greater than 15.]
