Well I just recently came out of a war which I was anarchied from. I switched to Monarchy and my money made went up 4 dollars per citizen. However my population happiness is still at what its always been at "44-47" range and im making $43.19 per citizen. How can this be, can someone please help me thanks.

The income penalty from anarchy lasts one additional day after changing out of anarchy.

Thanks enderland i been asking around on IRC for the past 45 minutes with no1 answering.

EDIT: So things should go somewhat back to normal at update today?
