But Appearances are more than they seem. Several years ago, before the formation of the Empire, and Dragonisia was still its own state, she had lived elsewhere. Her government, despite the friendly relations between it and the Dragonisians, needed a sleeper there, just in case. And now had come the time for her to be activated. In a dead drop, she recieved her instructions.
As a matter of national security, four men needed to be found and eliminated. Their exact identities were not known, but what descriptions were available were given, and another fact noted...they all, at one time, had been in charge of personally keeping Chairman Vortex alive as his body decayed from radiation.
Finding out who they were was not going to be easy, but these things never were. Besides, it helped that she already had an in on the Dragonisian government. She should be able to sift through the available data without any suspicion from her 'superiors.'

She also would know the government did a lot of black book spending during that time frame specifically related to the chairman, but that it was under a military designation related to a "deep base" in Tasmania. The deeper you went into the various levels of Tasmania.. the tighter government security.. the more government facilities.. it was truly some of the most dangerous territories on earth for someone in her role. All she needed now, was a way to up her security levels.

It was fortunate that the job she had in the first place was security, even if it was simply the grunt work of night watchman (or rather, watchwoman in her case) of the former Dragonisian State capital. That in and of itself presented some possiblities, though once again, she reminded herself that she would have to be careful.
The fact that such information would be under the military security, which would be a lot tougher to crack than the civilian government, was a setback, but setbacks were a part of the job.
There was one simple way of getting herself bumped up on her security clearance levels that was actually not too out of character for her assertive persona as a sleeper, so she went to the man in charge of overall security for all government buildings int he area, and reminded him of the time she had put into her job. She had worked long and hard, and she reminded him of this fact. She had proven her reliability as a worker, and it was about time she got promoted.

Thus, she opted for the military route.
A background check would show that she had immigrated from Promised Land eight years ago (OOC: assuming the 1 RL Month=1 RP Year/OOC), and that from even before that time, she had no criminal history except for one minor traffic ticket six years ago that had not been contested and had quickly been payed off.
The DNA test would show no physical defects, and would not connect her to any suspicious characters or activities.
The psychological profile development would show a usually friendly, outgoing, and assertive personality that occasionally bordered on aggressive, but never quite crossed the line. She occasionally had a tendancy to get impatient if she believed someone were being overly stupid, obnoxious, or stubborn, and she wasn't afraid to show that impatience.
If she made it to boot camp and spec ops training, she would progress quickly, more quickly than most other candidates, but not so fast as to draw unnecessary attention and/or suspicion that she'd gone through similar training before.

While much of it had been familiar, considering her training, the Dragonisian systems did offer some surprises, as could only be expected. No two nation's systems would be exactly the same.
Now it came time to see how much of a payoff her hard work offered.
Still she did not act with haste.
She built up not only her rank within the organization, but she did her best to befriend as many of her fellows as she could. It was in her personality--and if someone was friendly with you, they were more likely to trust you wouldn't abuse any sensitive information they might let slip.
Also, quietly, during her off hours, she began working on an infiltration program, one aimed at giving her access to personel files. She needed to know who all worked here besides the security personel, and what they did. Of course, that was not all it would do, but she hoped she didn't have to use every feature she began building into the program. She wasn't here to cripple the Dragonisians. When she was not working on it, it was stored in a firewalled 'corner' of the system that few, if any, of her co-workers, superiors, and even underlings would think to check.
Once everything was in place, she released the program, and all she could do was wait. On the off chance the program was discovered, it would attempt to disable the terminal from which it was threatened, and if further probed, would self-destruct itself.

Annette Thoene, unknown to her, was compromised. They knew she was up to something and as soon as they got a better look at the internal code, "White Hat" would know what she was looking for. The question is.. would "White Hat" out her.. or instead give her all the information he wanted her to know.
Precautions were taken, when the processing was done.. the identities would come up.. but they would not be what was fully anticipated.
The data that came back were some of the highest ranked doctors in Promised Land! Of course, the data had to be accurate.. they hadn't carted her off to prison.

For the time being, she continued as she had been, befriending those who worked with her, those who worked around her. She did interact, to a degree, with workers other than the security staff.
One name on the list triggered warning bells in her head. Something was not right--she knew this person--this man was listed as one of her contacts (emergency only).
That left one of two options. She was either compromised--or she had a traitor on her hands. It was time to pay the doctor a visit.
OOC: Wait...is this a guy actually at the facility? For the moment, she's looking for people who actually work there. Based on your answer, I may need to alter the post.

As she got to know people, which she would find a bit challenging as people didn't even go by their actual names down here.. they went by designations.. she would learn that this laboratory handled a variety of projects for the government of which the Chairman's treatment current and historic are one of these many projects. Most of the project areas were sealed off from outside interference by security scanners that used biometric identification. So even though she discovered Zeta and Beta were working on Chairman Vortex's health and genetic issues.. finding out who Zeta and Beta were was going to be extremely challenging.
The personnel files which she obtained access to.. though having full biographical information.. didn't associate the code names with the names of personnel. This was yet another security standard in the laboratory.

IC: Indeed, the security measures were frustrating. In particular the code name thing, though she should have expected that. The only way around that would be to match faces to both code-names and real names. But first, she had to get to this doctor. He was listed as "working abroad," but no indication was given on where. Fortunately, she had a way to contact him. it would have been pointless to have him set him up as a contact if she couldn't...
In the same manner as she had recieved her orders, she sent out a request that she needed to meet. Where was she to go?
On her PDA, she would recieve an anonymous message telling her the time and place. If the ones who had spotted her attempted to trace the message, it would ultimately originate from another PDA just purchased anonymously earlier that day, and discarded once more once it was used, with no fingerprints to inform them of who might have used it.

They both raised pistols at her and she was shot at 3 times at point blank by the agents. One aimed for the head, the other the torso.

As her last act, she reached over and hit a button on her cell phone, wiping any relevant data from both it and any other devices in her possession, and setting it to self-destruct for good measure. The third bullet to the head finally killed her.
