Hey, so I finally got an aid request for a tech deal that was late, but whenever I try to accept it, it gives me the 'that person doesn't have required tech' message.

The person sending has 50 tech, but I'm still not getting it.. I read something on here earlier about somebody who was trying to buy a nuke, and they had 1k infra, and another person posted about the system rounding the number up. Could this be the case?

If you look at that nation's charts, you will notice their tech level is 49.997 and not quite 50.
