Dr Kintober stepped up to the podium, overlooking the masses of people come to see their thought-to-be-dead leader give his first speech since returning to power mere hours ago.

"My people, first I would like to say it is good to be back!" Kintober exclaimed. The crowd roared in approval. "Let me say, first and foremost; I apologize for deceiving all of you. My loyal citizens, I hope you understand that I had to remain in hiding while the conspirators behind the assassination attempt on my life were found out and dealt with. Now they have been punished, and I am safe to return." The crowd cheered. "Secondly, I am proud to say that I did not stand idle during my time away. I have managed to convince the current ruler of our lands, Lynneth, to return most of it. Yes, once again my friends, we control our own destiny!" The crowd roared in approval. "My people, although I have just started to speak, I'm afraid I must finish. There is much work for me to do, but I will promise you this: Eggman Empire WILL enter a new golden age! We will return to our former glory and then some! Fear not citizens, you ruler shall not fail you again!" Kintober stepped away from the mic., bowed, and turned back inside the building he had came from. The crowd was deafening.

Within minutes of his speech, Kintober was on the line with his generals. "I want the Eggman Military back up to pre-dispersal status inside a month. We have much work to do."
