In addition, we shall provide construction engineers to help build infrastructure for the betterment of Procinctia, in exchange for joint development of the natural resources of the Bering Sea."

OOC: And now I shall have a profit of ?1.1 billion every year. The Bering Sea is worth about RL$ 1.6 billion of seafood per year. Procinctia can't make use of it, so I get it

OOC: Good, and helping build infrastructure most be a a total of 1.8 billion, but since your only helping with some of the cost (33%) its only 600 million.

OOC: Just a note, I've been fishing in the Bering Sea out of Amerikanisches Reich's Dutch Harbor and Seattle, which is well within range of that area (Most of the ships that fish there in RL are based out of Seattle anyway), ever since he took it over a few years ago, in other words forever in RL. This should create some intersting IC issues though...
