A Joint Announcement from the Realm and Echelon

Good Evening.

To put a long story short, Echelon and the Alliance of Powerful Penguinz, by virtue of merged government, have decided to cease fire and withdraw from each other's field. The former nations of APP have been given forty-eight hours to withdraw from the field, with either party becoming liable for compensatory damages should wars continue to be prosecuted past the aforementioned deadline.
