Friendships have been made in these hard times though; The Oceanic Alliance and Socialist Peoples Alliance have come together to create this alliance, Along with great friends and people from others. I was going to write a big bloc of text but Im not going to bother. I would like to announce Kamikaze and our Government. Also, If anyone says boo more micro alliances. Also, OA and SPA are under our protection for 48 hours, after that you can attack them. Preamble Great nations have set forth with inspiration of the divine winds, or Kamikaze to found a great and new unity of powerful nations to organize for prosperity, loyalty, and honor. The members of the divine winds will fight to the death with one each other, never leaving there brethern’s side. We are the Divine, we are the wind that fills your sails, that blows your hair into your face, and we shall not falter. Article II. Membership Section 2.01 Application Process 2.1.1) All foreigners looking to apply for membership from Kamikaze must first post an application on our forums, with the entire application filled out. The applicant must not be on any ZI list or at any wars. The Applicant must also be on the black team unless the have a trade circle on another sphere. 2.1.2) The Application will be reviewed by the membership, then the applicant will be put on a Applicant mask, in which the applicant must check in on IRC daily and be checked off by either the Minister of Internal affairs or another person appointed by the Minister of Internal affairs to manage so. 2.1.3) The Applicants are required to be active on IRC once every day for three days, after this time period the applicant must in-roll in the University for training on how to manage there nation and Cyber Nations. 2.1.4) After the Applicant has completed the Academy they will be masked as a full member of Kamikaze. Section 2.02 Ranks of Membership 2.2.1) their will be three ranks of membership, these ranks of membership will determine how long, active and loyal a person has shown themselves to the alliance. 2.2.2) Villager, The Villager is the main name for a member, the villagers make up the majority of the population and have full access to the alliances forums. 2.2.3) Merchant, The Merchant is a member of the community who has been around for a while, they have donated aid and tech to the alliance in times of peace and war and are a great and active part of the community. 2.2.4) Samurai, a samurai is the highest honor you can be given in Kamikaze, The Samurai have fought valiantly for the alliance and have supported there brothers in times of need. The Samurai are truly the heart and sole of this alliance. Section 2.03 Requirements of Membership 2.2.5) all members are required to be active and check in with the government twice a month on the forums. All members are strongly encouraged to use IRC and other forums of Communication to keep in contact with the alliance. Article III. Government Section 3.01 Emperor 3.1.1) The Emperor is the ruler of the alliance; he will make announcements and will be the face of the alliance. 3.1.2) The Emperor may increase the rank of each citizen; he also is in charge of awarding accommodations for military service and peace time service. 3.1.4) The Emperor has Veto power over everything within the alliance. 3.1.5) The Emperor’s signature is required to sign a treaty or Declaration of war. 3.1.6) if a Treaty is activated, the Emperor may declare war. Section 3.02 Imperial Advisor 3.2.1) there can only be three Imperial advisors at one time, the Imperial advisors create a council, the Emperor and Imperial Advisors are part of this council. 3.2.2) The Imperial Council must have a 2/3 Vote for a treaty to be passed and the emperor must also sign it. 3.2.3) The Imperial Council must have a 3/3 vote from the Advisors and the signature from the emperor to declare war on an alliance. 3.2.4) The Imperial Council may repeal a veto from the Emperor with a 3/3 vote, as long as it is not on a declaration of war. 3.3.5) The Advisors are in for life, or until they re-sign, If one of them resigns an election will be held. Section 3.03 Lord High Envoy 3.3.1) The Lord of the World handles all foreign relations; he is in charge of treaties and sending diplomats to foreign alliances. 3.3.2) The Lord of the Worlds is in charge of making sure all treaties are up to date and that we continue to speak to our allies. 3.3.3) The Lord of the Worlds signature is required to sign a treaty; normally it should not be a problem as he is the one pushing for it. Section 3.04 Shogun 3.4.1) The Shogun is the absolute military commander of the Alliance. When the alliance goes to war the shogun will organize the military force of the alliance. 3.4.1) The Shoguns Signature is required on the Declaration of war. If the shogun is not active for twenty-four hours and the Declaration of war needs to be signed, the Imperial advisors and the emperor may vote 4/4 to sign it for him. Section 3.05 Lord of the Castle 3.5.1) The Lord of the Castle is the lord in charge of the university and makes sure all the citizens of the alliance are taken care of. 3.5.2) The Lord of the Castle runs the university assuring professors are there to teach and educate the Citizens of the alliance. 3.5.3) The Lord of the castle can put citizens in for a promotion in Citizen ranking. Section 3.06 Lord of the Messengers 3.6.1) The Lord of the Messengers is in charge of all the messengers and the recruitment of new citizens. 3.6.1) The Lord of the Messengers must insure that when a message or decree needs to be sent to the members of the alliance, that all the members receive the message. 3.6.1) The Lord of the Messengers shall send recruiters to the lands of planet bob to find dedicated and hard working members for the alliance. Section 3.07 Lord of the Treasury 3.7.1) The Lord of the Treasury insures growth and prosperity among the Citizens of the alliance, the Lord of the Treasury shall organize the bank and aid whoever needs aid and organize tech deals for members. Section 3.08 Directors 3.8.1)The Directors may be appointed by their lord, the directors will be appointed to these positions. • Director of Trade • Director of Banking • Director of Recruitment • Director of Messaging • Senior Diplomat • Senior Diplomat of Black Relations • Director of War Targeting • Director of War Readiness • Warlord • Professor Article IV. The Houses Section 4.01 The Five houses • House of the Treasury, a house sworn to protect and organize the distribution of the Empires Monetary goods. • House of the Shogun, a house sworn to protect the empire in times of peace and war. • House of the World, a house homes sole goal is to keep peace among the empire and its allies. • House of the Messengers, a house full of messengers whom will deliver the message to every last member of Kamikaze and to spread the word of our great Empire. • House of the Castle, it is this house’s duty to maintain the castle and the people who live in the surrounding areas. Article V. The Imperial Council Section 5.01 Voting 5.1.1) The Imperial Council votes upon most things to be submitted to the emperor for his signature. 5.1.2) When a Foreign Treaty is to be signed, The Imperial Council must have a 2/3 Vote and the Emperor will then sign it, if he sees so fit. 5.1.3) When a Declaration of war is to be declared, The Imperial Council must have a 3/3 vote and the emperor will then sign it if he see’s so fit. 5.1.4) The Imperial Council may Override the Emperors Veto on something with a 3/3 vote. 5.1.5) If the Emperor does not specify whom he wants to take over the empire when he resigns, the Imperial advisers will appoint someone with a 3/3 vote. Article VI. Nuclear Policy Section 6.01 Aggressive 6.1.1) Kamikaze withholds the right to use nuclear weapons as a first strike against any alliance. 6.1.1) To enact this policy a 2/3 Vote must be activated by the Imperial council. Section 6.02 Defensive 6.1.2) If an alliance nukes Kamikaze, may the gods be with them, The winds will sweep there nation off the face of the earth. All nations are allowed to fire back if one nuke is fired upon a kamikaze nation. 6.1.2) If a nation goes rouge on us, we will smash them with the force of 3 nations.
