New Dinosaur Discovered In The Nedite Jungle
NEDOPOLIS - At approximatley 10:40 this morning, Australian biologist Peter (nicknamed "Ned" by some for his work in Nedland) Borninski presented a new dinosaur skeleton to the Nedite Department of Science. The dinosaur has been named the "Nedoraptor Rex," meaning "Ned's Thief King," in Greek. The dinosaur appears to have been an omnivore, unlike most dinosaurs, as both flat teeth and sharp teeth were found. It also had two strong arms, which Borninski believed were used for stealing eggs (hence the term, "thief king"). The skeleton was discovered by Borninski during an expedition to the Southern Nedite Jungle. Carbon dating has shown that the Nedoraptor Rex lived in the Late Cretaceous Period (Approximately 75 million years ago). Unfortunately, photographs of the dinosaur have not yet been released to the public.
