Apparently this needs to be said. Spying away nukes is an act of war. If I catch you trying to spy away my or my alliance mates nukes without preceding it with a declaration of war, I promise your citizens will feel the sting of nuclear fallout. So I'll keep buying spies and nukes and eventually your luck is going to run out.

That would make more sense wouldn't it? It started yesterday and I figured anyone wanting to war us would probably wait until we finished our election.
