The OON as a whole recgonizes and eternal war with the alliance of France and it's aliases (Not allies) on TE. We will never surrender as an alliance. "You can lose a battle but you can never lose a War that never ends"

C. The Eternal ally
The OON Recgonizes and Un-official(and brand new Agreement) OONdp(Orderly One-Way Non-Negotiable Defensive Pact) with all alliances excluding the alliance of France and her allies in a war involving the French no matter your views on our ideology and playing style.

D. Statment of Honor
The OON would like to warn any nations and/or alliance that unless there is a valid reason for war against an alliance neutral or allied to the OON you are herby agreeing to any cancel any treaty or agreement with us. For as long as the war continues.

E. The Green Quarintine - to be in place 5/10/09
No Nation may be in the green sphere and be a member of France. If found you will be placed as a high value target and come before any other member of the Alliance of France. If you leave France you will be peaced immediatly.

Just a point of clarification if people are confused. The NVO are not allies of OON, a treaty was discussed but never signed, this one way non-negotiable defense pact is what i consider bandwagonning and should i see the need to stop your alliance filling our enemies war slots in place of our nations, a consequent course of action shall take place. The NVO is not at war with France or NOIR, thus i suggest you change your signiture. We are not at war with your enemy, so your one way treaty has no effect anyway.

Consider this post an ending of any relations between NVO and OON.
