Il Impero Romano Posted May 7, 2009 Report Share Posted May 7, 2009 (edited) Under the following agreement, the Multicolored Cross-X Alliance is granted a cessation of hostilities from the Virdian Entente, ARES, and the combined forces of AZTEC. They fought well and honorably, let it be known there is no ill will between any of the parties involved and we wish them all the best in the future. 1) MCXA formally surrenders to the armed forces of the Karma Coalition, specifically to VE,The AZTEC bloc and ARES.2) MCXA hereby agrees to maintain a soldier count of less than 40% population, and must decommission all aircraft, ships, tanks, cruise missiles, and nuclear weapons. However, MCXA is permitted to retain 20 nukes in total to deal with nuke rogues. 3) MCXA nations must destroy all Satellites, Missile defense, Dry docks, Naval academy, Naval Construction Yard, Shipyards, Barracks and GC's. Nations who have the SDI wonder may keep the required satellites and missile defense for that wonder. 4) MCXA henceforth suspends all military treaties (treaties with optional or mandatory defense and/or aggression clauses). 5) MCXA may not in any way aid nations or alliances at war with Karma . This includes resuming warfare, sending military or financial aid, or engaging in spy operations against the Coalition. 6) MCXA will not ZI any members during surrender period without approval from their protectors. 7) Individuals who surrendered prior to MCXA's surrender may not rejoin MCXA during the period of these terms. 8) MCXA has a total of 72 hours to comply with the surrender terms. If MCXA is unable to comply within the stipulated period, then the state of war shall resume between said alliances. During this period, there shall exist a state of ceasefire between MCXA and her attackers. Nations will be offered peace only after they have complied with the surrender terms mentioned in 2) and 3). 9) If any one nation is not in compliance with the above stated terms, the said nation shall be messaged and given 48 hours to comply. If the nation doesn't comply within the stipulated period, then the nation will be under attack until complete compliance. If more than 10% of MCXA nations are not in compliance with the stated terms, then the entire alliance will be subject to renewed attacks. 10) Reparations, totaling 10,000 tech, payable to the following alliances in this amount: Viridian Entente --- 4,000 tech Nueva Vida --- 3,000 tech Grand Lodge of Freemasons --- 2,000 tech 1 Touch Football --- 1,000 tech Reparation payments must be made in full within 90 days of the date of this agreement. 11) If any member of MCXA changes their Alliance Affiliation to that of one that Karma is at war with, their nation will immediately be open to attack. If any member of MCXA Government changes their Alliance Affiliation to that of one that Karma is at war with after these terms are presented, this will represent alliance wide violation of these terms. 12) All nations and alliances with which the MCXA is at war are released by the MCXA with white peace. This includes individuals on ZI, PZI, and EZI lists, as well as any alliances the MCXA may have conflict with (including FAN and VOX). 13) For the duration of these terms, MCXA nations are not permitted to receive any foreign aid from non-MCXA nations. This includes individuals who surrendered prior to MCXA's surrender. 14) The above stated terms are valid until all repartition payments have been completed. Violation of these terms may result in the resumption of war at the discretion of VE, ARES, AZTEC and their allies.
