Troop Deploy

Hello,

I was looking over my nation today and found for some reason I had troops deployed. Seeing as the defending troops were under 20%, I tried to redeploy them home. So I made my troop deployments = 0.

However for some reason that anarchied me. Is that a bug or did I just mess up and do something silly?

You probably didn't have at least 20% total soldiers.

Did you perhaps use the chart as basis for troop %?

Because the chart shows what percentage of your population is made from troops. Whereas to avoid anarchy it's 20% of your total citizens.
