The topic title was just to get your attention. :blush: Seriously, why are people even bothering to declare neutrality in the upcoming conflict that hasn't happened yet? Granted only two alliances have done it so far (one very cowardly considering they are an ally of MHA), but it just seems a bizarre practice that will garner nothing but negative PR.

While I'm at it I'd like to comment how pleased I am about all of these cancelled treaties. Really cleans up that dreaded MDP web, and I know how much you all love to please me. :wub:
