Telegram to Artemis Global Security

Whomever it may concern,

Artemis Global Security is currently occupying the Province of Nova Scotia in North America. This is a violation of the O'Deaghaidh Doctrine, prohibiting non-American nations from owning or controlling any territory in North America. Therefore, your immediate withdrawal is requested to be followed by handing control of the region over to a local American power such as Canada or New France.

Cooperation is highlysuggested.

Response to the Tahoe Republic

We are already in talks to Canada about all of our North American holdings.  In the meantime, any action taken against Nova Scotia during these talks will be considered an aggressive action and met with force.  We do not wish to bring conflict to North America, and we request a hold on any action while talks with Canada continue.

We have discussed the matter with Canada as well and have approved a temporary permit allowing Artemis Global Security to remain control over the land pending completion of talks
