The Kaiser's Palace
Welthauptstadt Germania/Berlin
Final victory had been declared in Europe. RUSSIAN and SlavoRussian influences had been obliterated. The Nordic Confederacy had prevailed against all odds, just like Scolar Visari had predicted when he assumed the title of Kaiser. However, the cost of the war was high. Thousands of German servicemen lay dead, with many more injured. Visari tried to clear his mind of the casualties, but it was a hard thing to do. However, in the end, the ends justified the means. Thanks to their brave sacrifice, Germany had achieved final victory, and the wrongs of the UFE invasion had been swiped away.
In order to celebrate this victory, Scolar Visari declared a three day long celebration. The state would salute the war dead and war heroes. On the last day, Germany would host a massive military parade in Berlin. This celebration would spare no expense.
Avenue of Victory
In preparations for the celebration, all traffic along the central three-mile long boulevard known as the Avenue of Victory was diverted into the underground highway running directly underneath the Avenue Parade route. On each side, thousands of German flags and banners were hung to signify Germany's final victory. This massive parade route would be the scene of the final victory parade, signifying Germany's final victory over Slavoism and RUSSIAN aggressionism.
Soldier's Hall

Preparations at the Soldier's Hall were also being prepared. Here, Scolar Visari will give his speech, thanking the thousands of German soldiers for their sacrifice and bravery doing the conflict.
