A new alliance was created yesterday with the name Pinnacle of Truth.

As the acronym suggests, this alliance is calling themselves POT and their announcement contains references to marijuana and the usage of it (they even mention 420).

Would this alliance and content be considered ToS violations as marijuana is still a Schedule I narcotic in the United States and is therefore, illegal? My concern is it may fall under this section of the ToS:

Is calling members of his alliance "Potheads."

Is this alliance, acronym, and name for alliance members legal under the ToS? I know players have been warned for using avatars of people using or rolling joints in the past and I'm wondering if marijuana and pot are still against the ToS.
