I was Told by Don Fernando and others alike that this nation was tech scamming certain alliance's such as: FACE and VE

And yes im playing dumb with him, i dont actually act like that

and no hard feelings to the Imperial German Immigrant, i was just messing around with the fact that youre fighting him, figured why not make him think i liked him ;]

i also mention someone that he scammed and he acted like he had no recognition of it :\

Can you people see how these are irritating me now?

If there was a topic on every damn tech scammer we'd have 5 straight pages of useless World Affairs topic and every one of them would degenerate into spam and flame like the last damn time.

If you want to have something done about him, talk to the alliances he scammed. Maybe they can attack or sanction him. Maybe they can make him run to peacemode, which is a general detractor for tech dealers.

If tech dealers send him tech while he's under these conditions (peacemode, war, etcetera) then they probably deserved to lose the 3mil anyway .

All that's needed is IC action. Ingame action. That's where he can be restrained and dealt with. Walford, these guys are giving me a headache.

Moreover, if he's stealing tech because in the past he was wronged by any of the mentioned alliances, I fully support him, as I did the last one.

It's the immigration AA for The German Empire, much like NPO Applicant is for the New Pacific Order. There is no charter and no government, so therefore it is not a true alliance in the common understanding of the term.

Edit: Let's not actually get into some sort of debate over what qualifies as an alliance please? The scammer's statements clearly indicated he had no idea what the makeup of the AA he was joining really was if he was talking about being stronger than the non-existent leader.

You're right and wrong. I don't think stealing is right, and I think it's good to inform the world about these people, but these threads are starting to clutter the place up. Maybe there needs to be a "Warn the World About Scammers Here" thread.

Or maybe we could get the initiative to do three things:

a. The hegemonic gigantor alliances can stop stepping on the toes of those smaller than they.
b. Tech dealers do research about tech sellers before they trigger-happily send off 3mil to someone before subsequently BAAAWING.
c. When someone does slip by we take the punishment ingame because topics like these are honestly cluttering the place.

We don't need a topic to report these people, we need a brain that can check the tech seller, and one that realizes "if I join an alliance that constantly stabs people in the back, I should expect to catch flak from others".

Moreover I find it as a solid method of warfare. I do find it funny when people who's alliance I'm effictively declared to be at eternal war with (this is obviously not a veiled shot at you, btw) baw to me about my methods being "immoral".

Just for the record the guy attempted it once again on the ttk irc channel this morning. When he was challenged about the several wars and his defcon position ( TTK do not trade with unallied nations at war) he made an excuse that he was on the wrong channel and disappeared. As a member of the TTK government I relayed this information to our council. It has now come up that this has happened. It would appear that our friend here has not learned his lesson and is still attempting to pull tech scams.

Lol. Chology is a big tech scammer and a spai. he admitted this to me within Halsa's channel, and since then i went to MHA, ONE, and TGE who he had all applied to, to warn them of him, he has scammed many others out of tech, so hopefully he'll come up to my NS so i can attack him
