NATO wishes to state that the nation of Montreality has apparently gone insane and has not only declared war on two allied nations but has also been mass mailing every alliance he can find telling them Admin only knows what.

We apologize to anyone who receives messages from him and obviously he has been banished and will be destroyed.

Sorry for the OOC part but trying to give a general warning that idiocy knows no bounds. His realization that you actually have to try and put forth effort in helping out and become a trusted member of the community before you can get in a high position seems to have been what set him off.

Sorry I haven't been able to get any more info on who his 'valuavle' contacts are in other alliances, but I'm guessing he won't wait too long to reveal himself in an epicly failtastic way.
