All across the border between IndoChina and the former United Francoist Empire, troops mobilized for the final push. The $50 billion is from Dragonisia. Our western frontier is mostly depopulated save for a few cities, and is likely to remain that way. We are also annexing Tibet, yes. ( I would also settle for just south Tibet: Lhasa and stuff south of the Brahmaputra.)

Due to political strife and lack of government, the IndoChinese government has decided to annex the rest of Tibet and Southern Qinghai. It will be incorporated into the IndoChinese Socialist Region of Greater Tibet.
