We've had some troubles lately with the Oceanic Kingdom and tech deals being completed. And then the leadership of the Oceanic Kingdom trying to wash their hands of all responsibility of honoring deals made under their banner.

At first we tried helping:

That didn't work. And so our protection was revoked.

And then we tried talking to them.

They deleted our posts on their forums complaining about bad deals.

So then we tried scolding

They blamed us for any and all problems that they have, and also claimed that there was "nothing they could do."

So now we are left with


Farkistan hereby announces the existence of a State of War between themselves and the Oceanic Kingdom. We do not seek to punish indiscriminately, so nations wishing to surrender will of course be given the opportunity. Except of course for Archduke Jack, whom we wish to keep around for the time being so that he may better teach us proper etiquette.


tl;dr: Farkistan declares war on Oceanic Kingdom. Individual surrender terms are immediately available to those in war mode. PM your attacker for details.
