* Nation: Moboku
* Ruler: Enigmatic Frog
* Nation Link: http://tournament.cy...tion_ID=1000155

I was given a warn and (temporary?) ban on March 10 for having a supposedly invalid forum name. As you can see, my forum name exactly matches my CN:TE nation ruler name. When I pointed that out to Kefka, he replied that CN:TE nations are forbidden from posting anywhere but in the Tournament Edition section of the forums. I then requested a link to the thread that states that policy, but did not receive a response. Instead, when I returned to check for a response several hours later, I found that my account had been banned.

I respectfully request a link to the thread that states that TE nations are restricted in their posting privileges. I have searched for such a thread/post, but have been unable to find one. If such a post exists, I will accept my warn and ban with humility and remorse for my misdeeds. However, if no such policy has been stated, then I believe that both the warn and the ban are unjustified and request that both be lifted.

As a secondary issue, if the posting restriction does exist and has been posted, I would expect that the restriction works in both directions and that SE nations without a matching TE account would therefore be prohibited from posting in the TE section of the forums. Is that the case?

Thank you for your consideration of my request and your response to my question.

This is under discussion.

And yeah, people without a TE nation are not allowed to post in the TE section.

Since it has been well over 48 hours since my ban was imposed, I am presuming that it is permanent instead of temporary. This seems unwarranted, especially in light of the message that Kefka originally sent me that was titled "Warn/Suspension", not "Warn/Ban".

Moreover, I am still waiting for a link to whatever post exists that states that TE nations are restricted in their posting privileges. As stated in my initial post, I have been unable to find such an advisory statement in the forums and would greatly appreciate the posting of a link so that I can remedy my ignorance.

I am also wondering whether my ban is related to the fact that I have one SE nation under one name and a TE nation under a different name. I am not aware of any posted regulation requiring that SE and TE nations be named identically. Again, if there is such a regulation, I would appreciate a link to the thread/post that states such. I have not created a forum account under my SE nation because I did not want to violate the rule against multiple forum accounts. Is it permissible to have a TE account for posting in the TE section and a SE account for posting in the main sections? I believe that clarification of the rules governing such a situation would be helpful, not only for me, but for other members as well.

Thank you in advance for your response.

You assume too much, have a bit more patience. We're working on it.
