Mississippigurlie Posted March 8, 2009 Report Share Posted March 8, 2009 (edited) The Purple Family Accords The purple family started many moons ago and our paths cross once again to sign this treaty of trust, commitment and support to each other, to be upheld in even the darkest of times. It is with these words, Olympus and Valhalla pledge our alliance to each other as independent sovereign alliances. I. The signatories of this treaty will not diminish or infringe upon the sovereignty of the other. Valhalla and Olympus recognize each other as sovereign and separate alliances. II. Both pledge to refrain from any attacks upon the other, be it directly or indirectly. In any incidents, diplomacy will be the first action. However an attack on one is justification for retaliation from the other in defense; attack on one signatory is an immediate attack on both. III. If one signatory has a valid reasons and requests assistance from the other signatory, the signatory has the option to take part in aggressive actions as their alliance sees fit. IV. Both alliances agree to assist diplomatically, financially, and militarily with each other as needed, requested and able. Neither alliance shall divulge each other’s information to outside parties. V. Neither shall engage in any acts of espionage or conduct any acts malicious in nature toward the other signatory, including but not limited to condoning acts of aggression upon the other and aiding an enemy. If any information is found that concerns either signatory's safety or security, the other shall provide said information immediately and without delays. If either signatory is found in violation of either condition, it can be considered grounds for immediate termination. VI. Both signatories shall remain in constant communication, either through forums or other forms of contact. Any new treaties of MDP level or above are to be notified to the other party 48 hours prior to the release of the treaty. VII. Conduct detrimental to this treaty will be grounds for termination of this treaty by either signatory, which will become a PIAT for 7 days before being completely null and void unless extended by both parties. Cancel notices will be done in private and will be 24 hours before public announcement of the PIAT being placed.
