I'm happy to be announcing the third MHA treaty of this, the new TE round!
It's with great pleasure that I today bring unto you, the signing of a NAP between MHA and SWAT. Many beers were chugged, hanging out at the TE Tavern. Pinky spilled all over himself. Sethly had 1 beer then got on the electrical bull and barfed all over. DANKFIRE got all messed up and moved into DefCon 3 for some reason. Wampler showed up half way through the celebration, till Taxman, Eddy and Pinky grabbed him, took him into the alley behind the bar, and took care of him. And Hyperion beat Thaisport shot-gunning by almost a full second!!

Article 1: Non-Aggression
Neither the Mostly Harmful Alliance nor SWAT may engage in any hostile actions, overt or covert, towards the other signatory.
Article 2: Extended Non-Aggression
MHA may not engage in any hostile actions, overt or covert, towards any of Alliance that holds a treaty with SWAT at a level of MDP or higher. SWAT may not engage in any hostile actions, overt or covert, towards any of Alliance that holds a treaty with MHA at a level of MDP or higher.
Article 3: Cancellation
This treaty will be re-assessed at the end of the current TE round. Cancellation by either party may happen pending 72 hours previous alert by the canceling party
