Dad seems proud.
Wow, that's...very disturbing. It's rather odd...
For a moment I thought you were talking about a certain video game, though.

Of course the cartoon's not existent, so it loses in that sense by default. But we know for a fact that this character is in fact a serial killer. She does cut up people in eventuality. The real girl may just be slightly off-kilter in the head.
And the cartoon's got an interesting plot behind it, and more crazy people, so it's more entertaining to watch.
But yes, the real girl might certainly become a real danger, in that she actually exists. But she may just grow up to be rather twisted, or something. Creepy, though.

I beg to differ on the grounds of it being anime.

Right now, I know I wouldn't be able to. I'd have to kill her father then throw the girl in a psyche ward or something. I couldn't kill a child no matter how twisted/possessed they are.
However, in later years, if she really does become a serial killer, say, when she's twenty or so, yeah, I'd burn her alive.

Eh?
Just an art style. It can still carry a good story, or a chilling character. Another medium for communicating a view, really.
For example, I'm more terrified of "It" than this little girl, despite the fact that the girl is real and "It" is a fictional character in a book. If the girl was my next-door neighbor it might be a different story, but for all intents and purposes she's as non-existent in that she will never interact with me as "It". While she'll effect others assuming she does eventually become a serial killer, the likelihood of her ever even living a hundred miles near me are astronomically low.

Elf> Vampire
Also as long as you don't link to it, you can't outshow Ghaleon.
