Trondheim, Forvenge
After the development of the Reise Motorvei, the national highway system spanning the entire nation, the Økonomi Departement decided they need a center of economic influence for the North Sea and Arctic circle. So, Trondheim has been opened up to Private development, turning the city into a more modern looking city.

Trondheim now has a size rivaling Stockholm and is thought to become the economic capital of the Arctic Circle. The main companies developing there are water distribution and oil companies. The Trondheim Port Authority is being expanded to handle Planes, Large Ships, and Large Ground Transport.

((OOC: Although my nation's tech is low, Businesses are given almost free reign in Forvenge, so most of them have around 1200-1400 tech in CN standards. The only problem is that Forvenge Government workers cannot maintain that technology.))
