As part of Chairman Biao's reform project, this building has been built as the highlight of SC-3, a satellite city of the Kolkatas (Its halfway between New Kolkata and Kolkata) Funded mainly through private sources with minimal cost to the Dragon Empire government, this building, known as B-6, standing at 51 stories tall, is the flagship building in a series of structures that will shape the infrastructural development of Dragonisian India.
Around this building, also in SC-3, will be many satellite office buildings that will circle the flagship tower, and create a professional atmosphere in the city. These buildings will be 8 stories tall with a total square footage of about 500,000 sq ft each. Prices will be $2,000 per square feet in B-61 and $1,850 per square feet in the surrounding buildings.
