Just for reference, the nation name is "Atlantian Federation", the name of the island is New Atlantis.

"Umm... according to Google... about 400 clicks west of Cyprus and slightly north... find it?"

"No, not ye..oh, wait, yep. There it is. Why, thats nothing more than a sliver." He leaned back and looked thoughtful. "Ok, here's what we'll do. I'll flip a coin. Heads, we recognize them, tails, we dont." He dug out a coin and flipped it into the air. The light glinted off of it as it spun, falling to the floor with a clink. They both knelt to see the result.

"Huh. Heads. How bout that. Ok, I guess we recognize them then. Issue the statement, Gerry."
