I am here to tell you something rather interesting. Many of you thought I was dead. Others, just disappeared. No. I have been hiding in Angola, then serving as the head of the Underground Network in the Enlightened Technocracy of Rockport. Who am I?



I am LeVentNoir, formerly known as #1, and former Ruler of Imperial Wellington.

How I fled is history, but it it rest, those i abandoned, well, mindless drones never really appealed. I sort of inherited them. My current home is a most enlightening place, opening my eyes to many things. However, I have not forgotten my roots. The lands of New Zealand are not inhabited by allies of sworn enemies, and with public release of information confirming what private talks had told me, they are unfit to live in the land of the long white cloud.

They shall leave. By choice or force.

However, I am not as heartless as I once was. To those leaving. You have an option. You can either find new homes, or you can settle in the current territory of Rockport. Once we have secured New Zealand under the banner of the new nation state Aotearoa, we shall begin the mass migration of our people from that land to New Zealand. Therefore, you shall gain that territory, intact, and unsullied. We shall aid you in the move, to a fully constructed nation able to house and employ over eleven million. We shall transport your peoples and goods free of charge on the fastest shipping lines in the world. We shall provide all the technology you need to continue to use this infrastructure (ooc: tech share) and promise to leave to live and grow in peace (ooc: treaty, to be decided) We admit this will be hard, but with effort, this will happen painlessly.

However.

Refusal to leave, no matter what the reason shall be met with force. We shall drive you from our homelands, with fire and steel. Our fleet has departed, for New Zealand, with transports carrying our army and airforce. We have shipped enough ammunition, food and fuel for a extended campaign to allies in the pacific. Know now that resistance is futile. We shall isolate, surround and engulf you. Again, I am not a cruel as I once was. I no longer care for genocide, so any man that lays down his weapon will be free to leave, to the destination of his choice.

You have 24 hours to decide. This does not mean you must leave in that time, but all methods of doing so will be kept open. It means as a country or cohesive group, you must choose and relay that choice to me.

Bases in Fiji were at full alert. The new thermograph which had been built as part of the excuse for large air traffic in from Rockport was up and running fully. F-50 and F-47s were in their hangars being equipped for the missions which they were about to undertake. Two marine divisions were being reading with equipment. Additionally the 7th Imperial Guard airborne were getting ready to go.

Skyhawk-Cs monitored the air space around the target zone, with the stealth drones reporting back what they found to allied planes operating out of Neo Olympia and Fiji.

Due to the diplomatic stresses of what has occurred.. The Dragon Empire has also moved to Defcon 2 and ordered all citizens and military equipment underground.

This is not Imperial Wellington, and I am not the man I was. I have no desire in my heart to rule with an iron fist, nor to return people to mindless drones. We shall stay close to the mentality of Rockport, that of liberal life, and free economy.

A gift basket was sent to rockport addressed soley to #1. In it contained many fine delicacies. Under that were several holographic discs, containing the vast bulk of Imperial Wellington's technological documentation. The attached card, baring the crest of the emperor merely read, "Welcome back, friend."

Meanwhile, Omniscient forces moved to Defcon 2.

OOC: LVN, it'll take a lot to transport 11 million people halfway across the world...how will you make sure everyone is willing to be transported? Will some people in Rockport be forced to move to New Zealand even though they don't want to?
