Royal Decree 2

In the old Dun Carrig the High King never had total power and under the communist government had to keep a seat at parliament to retain any power.

As the nation has now stabilized we can move ahead. A Parliament shall be established in order to keep check on the monarchy. The Parliament will be made up of 100 seats elected to represent multi-seat constituencies under the system of proportional representation by means of the Single Transferable Vote. The High King how ever shall have a veto in parliament that can be over turned by a 75% majority vote. The High King shall be head of state and has a permanent seat in parliament witch is the 101st seat but shall not be allowed to vote on over turning a veto.
Elections will be held in the coming weeks

The United Kingdom is highly supportive of the return of an old ally. The establishment of Parliament in Dun Carrig is most certainly encouraging and we see much promise in such re-structuring.
