Hello Planet Bob, I come to you today with some tragic news.

When Black Dragons formed on 11/21/2008, we had high hopes. Under the wing of Ragnarok, we prospered and expanded at a rapid rate. Then the bombshell hit, one of our Triumvirates decided he wanted to part ways with CN leaving us short-handed. After the departure of Starkiller, we started to descend on a downward spiral, and over time, we started to lose the rest of our cabinet, and our members started to leave us.

We have tried our best to keep on going and we progressed through our many problems with gritted teeth yet sometimes, some things are impossible to bare.

With this, I have to say, with a tint of sadness, that Black Dragons is no more. We have decided for the good of our members to join with The Sasori Initiative. Members of the Black Dragons are encouraged to either follow Franz and I to TSI, or to join our protectors, Ragnarok, whom we have grown to respect and we wish them all the best in the future.

The Black Dragons AA will be protected by RoK for 20 days, providing ample time for all members to change AAs.

I was disappointed that BD were not able to reach the goals they set for themselves and respect their decision. Many alliances are formed on Planet Bob, some destined to eventual sanction, most not. Some last a period of years. Unfortunately BD, and many alliances like them never make it that far. It isn't for lack of trying, or necessarily because of some failing on the part of leadership or members.

Ragnarok was happy to be a protector of Black Dragons and we wish all its now former membership the best as they move on, either to Ragnarok or elsewhere.

Ragnarok will be protecting those with the BD AA for a period of time during the transition. Raiders are encouraged to find better, less dangerous hobbies other than attacking nations on the BD AA, for example playing Russian roulette with a shotgun.
