Finish the Polar Sanction For Admin to View Rate Topic: -----

Currently, the only thing stopping the New Polar Order from being completely sanctioned...and the Grand Global Alliance from being completely unsanctioned is their Detailed Alliance Statistics screen (DAS).

All sanctioned alliances have flag on their DAS. the Polar flag needs to be added, and GGA's flag needs to be removed.

The flag has been changed.

FYI, The procedure for this is for someone from the newly sanctioned alliance to contact me once the alliance has held the sanction for at least 10 days.
