Look at that Legion, you're not the only one that can name a treaty after an alliance: Senatus Populusque Romanus

Before the New Roman Military was officially founded we already started our relations with them as we talked a lot on IRC and we helping them by pushing them a but towards their protector UPN.
As a UPN protectorate ourselves we had the idea that a written treaty would be a good thing next to the friendship we developed and next to the bond as a fellow UPN protectorate.
So this time we aren't merging with the other UPN protectorate, its important to stay original...

Senatus Populusque Romanus

A Peace, Intelligence and Aid Treaty with optional Defense and optional Offense between the alliances Veni, Vidi, Vici and the New Roman Military.

Preamble

The Roman military has been one of the most sublime fighting forces in the world, feared by their enemies and loved by the Roman citizens.
It's legions came, saw and conquered and made the Roman Republic and later the Roman Empire a large and strong country.
The New Roman Military and Veni, Vidi, Vici will work together to make the same kind of impact on Planet Bob as our predecessors of the Roman Republic and the Roman Empire did.

Article of Peace

All alliances signing this pact remain sovereign and independent, as do the members in each alliance. The signatories state that they will never declare war or conduct spying operations on the other signatory.
If any of the nations of a signatory declares war or conducts a spying operation on a nation of the other signatory, that nation must declare peace and send the damaged nation money equal to one hundred percent of the damage for reparations. If the attacking nation doesn’t respond in a fair period of time the nation will be declared a rogue.

Article of Cooperation

The signatories state that they will help each other with asked and unasked advise if they see a situation in the other alliance that could use improvement. This can either be with the supplying of guides to the other signatory, with advise for a reformation of a part of the alliance or with advise on how to better deal with certain situations.

Article of Information

If either of the signatories receives information that is vital to any of the other signatory, they are obligated to share that information.
Neither alliance may conduct espionage on one of the other signatory, not by misleading nations of the signing alliances, not by getting access to areas on the other alliances forums where they may not come, not by any other way.
Should either of the signing alliances receive information that indicates a breach of the other's security, they must notify the other alliance through secure channels immediately.

Article of Aid

If either of the signatories needs help on an economic side the other signatory is highly encouraged to send the aid that is needed.
The nations of signing alliances are not allowed to send aid to any nation that is in war with a nation of the signing alliances. If the case that this is done, the violating nation has to send an aid package that is equal to one hundred and fifty percent of the aid package send to the nation that is in war with the signed alliances nation.

Article of Optional Defense

Should either of the signatories be under attack by an other alliance, the other signatory is under no obligation to support or participate, unless it is required by other agreements, although the other signatory is encouraged to help either military, politically or economically.

Article of Optional Offense

Should either signatory engage in an offensive war, the other signatory is under no obligation to support or participate. Before a signatory engages in an offensive war, the signatory is expected to inform the other signatory with the reasons for the war. After this the other signatory can decide if they will support or participate in war.

Article of Duration

In the unlikely chance any of the signing alliances want to step out of this pact, they must inform the other signatory forty eight hours before stepping out.
