A considerable amount of time had passed after Scolar Visari's rise to power. The German nation had achieved new heights. Factories were pumping out new automobiles, citizens were enjoying higher pay and living standards and the Armed Forces was building up a tremendous pace. To mark this glorious occassion, Scolar Visari decided to summon the Vektarian Senate, which he rarely did.
Scolar Visari enters the the Vektarian Senate, as the hundreds of senators applause and scream his name. Upon standing infront of the podium, the crowd stops and Visari begins to speak.
My friends,
This session of the Vektarian Senate takes place on a date which is full of significance for the German people. Months have passed since the beginning of that great internal revolution which in the meantime has been giving a new aspect to German life. This is the period which I asked the German people to grant me for the purpose of putting my work to the test and submitting it to their judgment. Hence at the present moment nothing could be more opportune than for me to render you an account of all the successes that have been achieved and the progress that has been made during these few months, for the welfare of the German people.
In these few months, The German state has generated millions of jobs, with more on the way. Our infrastructure, damaged by the meaningless war years before has just about been repaired. From the ashes, rises a new Berlin. One which inspires awe into all those that look before it. In regards to defense, we still grow. We have reached our preliminary goals of four hundred thousand recruits and four thousand produced tanks. Our Airforce and Navy grows as well. On a daily basis, the Airforce is receiving new aircraft and new pilots are graduating. Our Navy is now 60% complete and will soon launch its final vessels in construction.
While our neighbors might see these actions as aggressive, let me remind you, we are a nation of peace! We do not want to see Europe ravaged by war; we do not wish to see our sons and daughters strewn across the fields and streets. As the Vektarian leader, let me point out some facts that cannot be refuted by the scribbling of international press liars.
First. The Vektarian Empire has no hostile attitudes towards nations on our eastern borders. We wish for us to work together and bring peace to Europe.
Second. The Vektarian Empire has endeavored to continue the traditional friendship with all nations in the West.
We hope that all our fellow European nations come to realize the Vektarian Empire is a peaceful nation. As I cannot stress enough, We'll do nothing to harm the world and bring about a firey storm. It is the last thing we want. However, if the nations of Europe decide not to believe my plea, it is their problem. Destiny will decide who is right.
One thing only is certain. In the course of world history, there have never been two victors, but very often only losers. This seems to me to have been the case in the last war. May those peoples and their leaders who are of the same mind now make their reply. And let those who consider war to be the better solution reject my outstretched hand. As Autarch of the Vektarian nation, I can thank God at this moment that he has so wonderfully blessed us in our hard struggle for what is our right, and beg Him that we and all other nations may find the right way, so that not only the German people but all Europe may once more be granted the blessing of peace.

Autarch Visari,
Your speech writes you off as a leader that the Hansa can trust and send your praises to. You are most right that Europe nor the world can involve themselves in meaningless wars in the times to come. I pray that your leadership of Vekteria will mirror the promises you have exclaimed today, if that is the case then I think Europe will have an era of peace lasting many years to come. I hope that our nations will build a strong friendship as time continues.
Sincerely,
Sarah Tintagyl
Prime Minister of the Hanseatic Republic

Don't speak so soon, nations have always found ways to go to war with their neighbors. I'm sure that another war is already brewing in the minds of leaders. So we have to enjoy the peace while it lasts.

OOC: I mean on the Australian mainland, not in the islands.
IC:
We agree that Europe's economic capacity needs to be rebuilt. We therefore propose that the European Community be given low interest loans to invest in consumer goods. This will be mutually beneficial. Europe has been severely hurt economically by the war, but has a skilled labor force which employed in factories would be able to make a living and also produce cheap goods. These goods could then be exported at relatively cheap labor cost for a few years. This would drive down inflation caused by war spending in the rest of the countries while giving Europe a chance to recover.

Unfortunately, Andonia has no hope for peace in Europe to last long. The nuclear explosion in Scandinavia that devasted Andonia is one of the things that point to war continueing in Europe for a long time. On the other hand, the effort to evacuate The Hanseatic League by so many nations does give a shadow of a hope for peace.
