In order for us to be able to grant you a Warn Reduction we need to see that you've improved your forum behaviour since your last post. In this case you haven't posted enough since you recevied the warning for us to be able to grant you a reduction.

If you post more and get back to us in another month we'll be able to grant it. But for now, Denied.
